Yesterday Ida and several other Danish singers including Sys Bjerre, Infernal, Medina, Rasmus Noehr, Szhirley and Bryan Rice went to Medley studios in Copenhagen to record the charity song "Skroebeligt Fundament".
With this song Denmark's greatest singers united to support the victims of the Haiti earthquake. Sys Bjerre wrote the song with producer Soeren Mikkelsen only last weekend and managed it to get support from up to 50 concerned stars.
All proceeds from the sale of the song will go to Doctors Without Borders, DanChurchAid, Unicef and Save the Children. The final song will be published to Danish radio next Monday.

Last year Ida won an award at the European Border Breakers Awards in Groningen. This year (in fact yesterday) she opened the show with her hit "Let Me Think About It" and a cover of a Charles Aznavour song.

2009 ended on a high for Ida. She performed to hundreds of thousands people at the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin and to maybe million viewers outside in the world at home who were watching Germany's international channel DW-TV or RTL2 (national).
Watch the performance of "Let Me Think About It" below! Amazing, wasn't it? It was pretty cold, but still Ida gave a 100%.

Celebrate new year with Ida Corr in Berlin! She'll be performing live at the Brandenburg Gate tonight, only minutes before midnight. Tune in to RTL2 TV at 22:55 CET / 21:55 GMT to watch it on television.

The Danish singers Szhirley, Mohamed Ali, Erann DD and Ida Corr herself performed a great Michael Jackson tribute at the TV-Show "TV 2 009 - De stoerste oejeblikke". Ida sang "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'" at the end of the performance. Watch it below (skip to 6:00 for Ida).
